E.N.D.U.R.E

Verse of the day:
Hebrews 12:2-3
King James Version (KJV)
“Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.”

As I was in church this Sunday and the pastor was preaching about Jesus and how he endured all the beating, mocking, slapping, punching, and the list goes on…to the point that up on the cross he was no longer recognizable as the Jesus they knew:

Isaiah 52:14

New International Version (NIV)

“Just as there were many who were appalled at him— his appearance was so disfigured beyond that of any human being and his form marred beyond human likeness—“
I began to meditate on endure.
I had already had a bad morning, tired of house mom duties that never seem to get done. Every time I would clean up, in no time it was back a mess and no one wanted to help mama. But as I sat in church service I heard the Lord say “endure.” Then all these scriptures began to manifest in my mind and as the preacher was preaching I was getting revelation from the holy ghost about enduring and encouraging others in the same. Encouraging others in the Lord being the purpose of the gift of God in me in music. Epiphany!
So I began to hunt for this word “endure” in the concordance and found these scriptures:

2 Timothy 2:3

King James Version (KJV)
“Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.

Hebrews 12:7

New International Version (NIV)
“Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children. For what children are not disciplined by their father?

Revelation 3:10

Amplified Bible (AMP)
“Because you have guarded and kept My word of patient endurance [have held fast the lesson of My patience with the expectant endurance that I give you], I also will keep you [safe] from the hour of trial (testing) which is coming on the whole world to try those who dwell upon the earth.

Romans 15:5

New International Version (NIV)
“May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had

2 Corinthians 1:6

New International Version (NIV)
“If we are distressed, it is for your comfort and salvation; if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which produces in you patient endurance of the same sufferings we suffer.

Colossians 1:11

New International Version (NIV)
“Being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience

1 Timothy 6:11

New International Version (NIV)

Final Charge to Timothy

But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.”

James 1:12

King James Version (KJV)
“Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

James 5:11

King James Version (KJV)
“Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.

1 Peter 2:19

King James Version (KJV)
“For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully.

1 Corinthians 13:7

Amplified Bible (AMP)
“Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening].

2 Thessalonians 1:4

King James Version (KJV)
“So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:

2 Timothy 2:10

King James Version (KJV)
“Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.

2 Timothy 4:3

King James Version (KJV)
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

2 Timothy 4:5

King James Version (KJV)
“But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

Hebrews 6:15

King James Version (KJV)
And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.

Our pastor also mentioned “Do what you can now, while you still have time to do!”
Galatians 6:9
King James Version (KJV)
“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

There is a harvest of good fruit waiting for us all to redeem but we must put on the armor of God and endure. We shall reap if we do not faint. Press on, keep on, do it all as unto the Lord. He is worthy! Amen!

No matter what I go through, I have an awesome Savior who went through much much, more for me. Endure!
Friends or foes can betray me. Endure!
He never said a mumbling word. Endure!
Feeling stressed out! Endure!
His strength and power is glorious! Endure!
By his stripes we are healed! Endure!
By His spirit! Endure!
Pursue God! Endure!
Our reward is waiting! Endure!
You are a chosen generation and a royal priesthood. Endure!
God loves those he disciplines. Endure!
The Lord will keep your mind in perfect peace as you focus on Him. Endure!
Our God is full of mercy! Endure!
We shall suffer for righteousness sake! Endure!
Loves endures all things! Endure!
Storms will come. Endure!
Those who are unsaved are watching! Endure!
You can do all things through Christ who will give you strength! Amen!

Walk in the Spirit,
