Timothy 4:6-11
A
Good Servant of Jesus Christ6 If you instruct the
brethren in these things, you will be a good minister of Jesus Christ,
nourished in the words of faith and of the good doctrine which you have
carefully followed. 7 But reject profane and old wives’
fables, and exercise yourself toward godliness. 8 For
bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things,
having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come. 9 This is a
faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance. 10 For to
this end we both labor and suffer reproach,[a] because
we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men,
especially of those who believe. 11 These things command
and teach.

to God for day 6! We’re still tuning in to God’s Word TV without the TV just
the bible, Amen! You can find previous posts here. Walking in the
spirit takes effort, takes time, and takes diligence, but God is ever there
drawing us near. Will we draw near to him today?
Today
what is hitting home is gentleness, bearing each other’s burdens, sowing to the
spirit, not growing weary, and boasting only in the Lord! Amen!
Here
are more reasons to sow to the spirit!

The word of God makes us holy and cleanses us getting rid of all flesh and sin when we activate it in our lives.

17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
The word of God is our offense. We can fight the enemy in our wilderness experiences with the word of God!

It is the word the Of life!
